These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScholarPASS platform and services provided by TutorsPlan. By using ScholarPASS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scholarship Terms

ScholarPASS scholarships are non-transferable and must be used by the approved applicant only. Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility criteria and available funding. TutorsPlan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate scholarships at any time.

2. Enrollment Requirements

Scholarship recipients must maintain active enrollment in the LearningART platform to retain their scholarship benefits. Inactive accounts may result in scholarship termination.

3. Prohibited Activities

Misuse of the scholarship program, providing false information in applications, or engaging in fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of scholarship benefits and may lead to legal action.

4. Amendments

TutorsPlan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of ScholarPASS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
